First look at the name, I thought to myself, "what kind of name is this? I don't even know how to pronounce it!"
It is a must to hike there if you ever visit Malta.
The view was awesome! Hike was short but great!It is totally suitable for visitors as you will only need a maximum of 1 hour there. That is if you are not tempted to jump into the sea for a swim. Great place for dogs to roam around, however please keep the leash on as there are life guards on duty near the beaches. It will not be nice if the dogs get onto the sandy beach.
In Malta, dogs are NOT allowed on sandy beach, only rocky beach. View at the beginning of the trail was already amazing. Standing high up looking at the beautiful, clear, blue sea, it was a relaxing and wonderful feeling.
Weather was great on the day we went. It was sunny and cooling. We went in September period, which was a littler cooler already. I would not advise to go in August, as it would be super hot.
It is really nice to spend time in the nature once in a while especially we live in city areas all our lives.
On the drive back, we discovered Popeye Village. It is quite an interesting and amazing place. We will visit and update soon.
